Very easy to set up appointment online. Being a new patient there was a lot of detailed info needed. The Dr. was very thorough and addressed healthcare and medicine issues I had not considered before. I’m not sure if the reason why I went there in the first place was addressed. Sudden hearing loss in one ear...my ears are “perfect”??? Then why did I wake up one morning and couldn’t hear anything in my left ear??? (BTW 3-4 days after #2 Pfizer vaccine!) Took me in fast. Staff was pleasant and engaging.
Staff is excellent. The wait time was a little long. Watch where you park the bushes are overgrown and scratched my truck pretty severely.
Staff is courteous and efficient. Doctors stay on top of my blood results and contact me when necessary. I do not have to chase after them to get answers. This group is connected to Grand Strand hospital which is the best in the area.
Dr. Boggs is a thorough doctor! Great experience!! Staff also are well trained & informed. Everyone extremely courteous!
