My visit from start to finish was great. I was met with warmth and comfort by every staff member I encountered. Everyone was respectful and made sure they gave attention to and the necessary information needed before moving forward with treatment. Meeting Dr. Mary Hunter was awesome ! My concerns were to find a dental office that understood how my health condition could effect my dental health and would be knowledgeable to advise me accordingly. Total waste of my time! Even though I received and confirmed the text messages, filling the forms requested, using the link I received in my text, they had the wrong phone on their files, could not confirm and I was told that the cleaning will not be done and I would have to schedule another day. The front desk staff couldn’t care less about anyone’s time—no empathy, and very little effort to make things right. I definitely won’t be coming back and won’t recommend this place to any of my neighbors in Waterleigh.

Place was nice and the staff was cordial and professional. More often than none there’s always a long wait at doctor or dentist offices however I didn’t have to wait long before being seen which highly important when you’re on a tight schedule.

I have had the best dental experience at Waterway Passage Dental Care than I've had in over fifty years! Dr. Hunter and her entire staff have been professional, friendly and totally up front regarding all my dental needs. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist office they can feel confident and comfortable with!
