Ade greeted me with her warm smile and informational pamphlet to help guide me in making the best decision for the current need since I live a good distance from the location but happened to be in the area after a luncheon with a dear friend. She helped me compare the options of one time versus a monthly plan based on their other available locations. After having a bad experience with a different location, I came to the Watson Street location in hopes of getting my car cleaned right. I was met by Devon who went above and beyond to remedy the situation. I was honestly shocked and was not expecting that type of customer service. The guys did a great job and going forward, this will be the only location I go to.
They damaged the interior of my truck while detailing it, causing nearly $3000 in damages. They refused to take accountability and lied to cover their tracks. Do not go to these scumbags.
