After having a bad experience with a different location, I came to the Watson Street location in hopes of getting my car cleaned right. I was met by Devon who went above and beyond to remedy the situation. I was honestly shocked and was not expecting that type of customer service. The guys did a great job and going forward, this will be the only location I go to.
They damaged the interior of my truck while detailing it, causing nearly $3000 in damages. They refused to take accountability and lied to cover their tracks. Do not go to these scumbags.
Ask for Johnny Cusumano at Waterway, that kid does the best job on detailing the inside of the car. My car looked great!
Wanted my car’s interior Cleaned gave the two guys assigned to the job 20.00 a piece ( 40.00) upfront ( mistake) In addition to the 35 to the house They didn’t vacuum under the seats i mentioned that to them and they just walked away from me I asked if they have air pressure to blow debris out of unit they said they don’t have that I feel if your in that business professionally it should be a basic tool Come 2 months or so down the road I was checking my trackers and located one on the hill close to the post office I wasn’t ... read more
