Overpriced and extremely disappointing. Cheap labor does not mean quality — yet you charge prices as if you actually provide it. The only thing this place seems good at is hiring teenagers who clearly don’t care and just want to finish as fast as possible. Even when you tip, nothing changes — they still don’t do the job and don’t want to do it. If you don’t tip, expect the absolute bare minimum. I truly don’t understand why this car wash has such bad ratings; I think for the price, it is a great value. Yesterday was my first time coming here and getting The Whole Thing package, which includes “your car washed, waxed, protected, and shiny on the outside, while you enjoy an interior that looks—and smells—freshly cleaned.” I was impressed by how great my car looked afterward for just $50. Went and got the whole thing service I was extremely disappointed to see my car was still dirty/ dusty/ with water spots all over it. With further inspection noticed my car was COVERED in micro scratches that were not there before getting a wash. We went back to the car was within the hour to explain our concerns. The guy we worked with wasn’t willing to agree with anything we were saying and was argumentative in response to how they could have appeared. Wash is fair for the price point. The employee, Wade, is 6 out of 5 stars. Friendliest most patient customer service experience I’ve had since for my mom’s birthday we got the customer service regional trainer for Cheesecake Factory to serve us at our table a couple years ago. Waterway is blessed to have Wade helping them out.

Terrible experience. Paid for the medium level wash which was super fast and did not get half of the bug spots and dirt off. The icing on the cake was the entire windshield crack that occurred during the drying! When I talked to the manager about it, he insisted it was due to a tiny rock chip (that we could not see beforehand and have no actual proof was there) and the pressure/temperature change in the car wash.
