It doesn't make sense if I have a membership, and wash my card daily, to be stopped every time roll down the widow push all this buttons for a simple car wash. It's the stupidest concept. If I want extra , I would stop and add extra to my wash, but most of the time I don't. I am forced to stop every single time, the screens are terrible, they don't work most of the time..it's the most frustrating thing I have to deal with almost every day. If your car sits low and can’t reach the screen the employees get mad at you! They said they are only there to sell memberships and not help the clients.
My car broke down here and they were more than nice to me. Really appreciate the management. Awesome place full of great people
