Took my wife's car in recently and bumped into the manager, Dennis. He was awesome, as I pulled from lane having the inside washed to the gas pump he ran over because he noticed a streak. He was also helpful in getting my wife's gas discount. Had an awesome energy that must be infectious because I noticed every single staff member was running to get things done in the >90 degree heat. No one standing around or complaining - great to see this!
I have never received the level of care and exceptional customer service that I received from managers, Jake Kochanny and Cameron Rubenackel. They went out of their way to clean my car and make sure I had a good experience. My car literally sparkled when they were done. I can’t thank them enough. I’ll be sure to refer my friends and I’ll definitely be back. Heartfelt thanks again!
Pricey and worth it .
I took my Tesla Model S Plaid through their car wash, and their machine ripped the spoiler clean off. A week later, they finally called me—not to apologize, but to say they wouldn’t cover the damage because they think it’s aftermarket. That’s complete nonsense. The Model S Plaid comes with a factory spoiler from Tesla. They clearly didn’t bother to look it up. Instead, they just made an excuse to dodge responsibility for wrecking my car.
