There are constant breakdowns at Waterway Carwash in Skokie, wasting a lot of your time with no real solutions. The prices are very high compared to the poor service. Honestly, it’s a frustrating experience and I wouldn’t recommend it.
Disappointed. I’ll admit my car was pretty dirty so I wasn’t expecting it to be detailed, but for “the works” and a nice tip, definitely not worth it for the money spent. Areas of my windshield and back windows weren’t even wiped (fingerprints still on it) and my dashboard had dust still on it in areas, indicating it wasn’t wiped either. Under the backseat was a bunch of crumbs, easily removed (not embedded in the carpet). Would not recommend or go back to this place for the amount of money spent and the poor job done.
This is a pretty bad value for your money. Ive had 2 recent washes there for 28$ and both times the car came back still pretty unclean. To be transparent, my car was not a galactic mess before turning it over to them, but they dont even check if the car body is clean after going through the automatic wash. The 28$ interior clean also is only for the center console, no doors are cleaned at all.
