Always friendly folks and a great car wash!
The lack of customer service and pure competence at this location now is astounding. I went through the car wash not once, not twice, but three times and spoke to 3 different people about how I paid for a Wash and Wax and how the under carriage and waxing lights were not turning on and it was not occurring. This is the second time it’s occurred too. The teenagers working there were rude, and the manager Jos Way wasn’t helpful at all and just as clueless I used to have a membership here but the service has been total garbage.... read more
Broke my radio volume button, placed it gently back in place and didn’t say a word. Let me tip them and drive off. Classy joint.
I really had a very bad experience in this location The manager is so rude. He don’t know how to communicate with a customer and when I called the customer service to get my money back, they told me it is non refundable when I sign up no body told me about that and I suggestion my family friends not visit this location. It’s really bad location.
