Got my car washed and interior done today . Very disappointed. Left side of the dash never had dust removed , rear 2 back areas of mi 2021 Pacifica were folded down to ge cleaned as I taken recycyclables to center today and was dirty . Did not notice till I got back to Ellisville that the area was never vacuumed. Also ton of bug markings still on front of vehicle. And to think that I tipped 20% for that made me feel ripped off and unappreciated. 2 stars at most
Warning Beware, everything they mention is an upgrade and added fee. Worst customer service experience ever. Even if you ask for a specific wash they will upgrade and overcharge. This has happened twice will never go back.
