I took my rescue to this vet based on what I do for a living. Originally I was invited there on a no AC service call. While I was there on a business type situation. I noticed how the staff interacted with their “clients”. I was absolutely impressed and sold. My dog has been the true canine money pit for my family. His previous vet couldn’t diagnose a nose bleed. I would give them zero stars if I could. Their prices are exuberant. And when I had a very sick dog they refused to see her. It’s important to note my dog was a patient of theirs. I took my dog to get her teeth cleaned in Florence where we used to live because they charged $400 less for that service. She had her annual physical exam and vaccinations at that time. This was 10 days before I took her into Waterway when she got sick. They would not see her without giving her another annual physical exam. Which she did not need. ... read more

Diana that answers the phones over talks you when your trying to talk! It's VERY annoying and disrespectful! I hate calling in just because of her!!!!! The old curly haired woman that comes out to get your dog is passive aggressive, be careful of her! She should be fired immediately!!!! If she was my employee, she'd be gone!
