I had the pleasure of working with Jay Rivera, Danbury store, to select everything for my new bathroom. It was an amazingly fun, productive and simple. His suggestions were spot on! And, in the end I felt prices were more than fair comparatively. Jay, you are the best!!!
Valerie is so helpful, knowledgable and responsible. She makes everything easy and seamless.
Who sells $800 toilets with no seats??? And our salesperson Valerie could not have cared less to help. I guess they do NOT want to provide fixtures to a 379 room hotel. The WORST
