rude, unprofessional and disrespectful "service". I visited the showroom with my senior parents with intent to buy, but the showroom associate made zero attempt to help and instead pushed back on our further inquiries. we left. thankfully 2 mi away we found A&S/USG and their rockstar associate couldn't have been more courteous, kind and knowledgable. project is a go.
We walked in. No one acknowledged us until I walked to a lady at a desk. She said hello. The others were in the phone. One hung up snd still failed to acknowledge us. Finally I walked to the display next to her. She said hi. Never asked if she could help us at all. She then made a phone call. Really bad service. They had no idea what our purpose was.
