Elaine helped us design a bathroom of our dreams. Was great working with a real supplier rather than trying to figure everything out with big box stores.
Nothing like walking around the showroom for 10 minutes without being greeted or any offer to help. No thanks
We didn't mind the high prices or clueless (some) salespeople. After spending several thousands of dollars it was disappointing that when we had a problem with one of the products, no one would lift a finger to help us. Their policy is that you have to buy the product again and then you have to deal with the manufacturer to resolve the issue. However the guys next door in their plumbing parts area were very helpful and knowledgable.
Ask for Elaine. She was fantastic to work with, so incredibly helpful!!
Recent renovation and upgrade have made a huge difference. Staff always knowledgeable and helpful.
