nice staff , nice stay. no complaints. however i will note that I didnt realize one half is a hotel with also certain rooms are AIrBnBs and the other side is an apartment complex.
Elevator was broken the entire week. A multi-story condo should not rely on ONE elevator. We were not offered any help getting our luggage upstairs, which should have been offered at a minimum. Upon check-in, they implied it would be fixed quickly. It was not. I realize elevators breaking is out of the facility's control, but having no recourse or second elevator will ensure I won't take my chances staying here again.
