My experience at Parks Residential Richardson was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the service was consistently reliable, and the location was very convenient. I would also like to tell them unlawfully kicking me out because the management misinterpreted my gesture of giving a generous tip for a male employee and me also being a male student, I don’t accept this, if worst come to worst, I will sue your management.
My experience at Parks Residential Richardson was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the service was consistently reliable, and the location was very convenient. I would also like to recognize Tracy at the leasing office for his professionalism and helpful attitude, which made the stay even smoother. A well-managed property that I would recommend.
Took out 2 stars because of parking problems(Photos attached) and weak internet. Otherwise great place. Great staff also friendly. Always there to help. Online system for maintenance is good too. Update - now this is called parks residentials and its been weeks since elevator is not working... NOT DAYS... WEEKS...... i live on 3rd floor and have to climb stairs multiple times a day. Update 2 -> Elevator is working good now So bumping up the rating as Parks deserve it!

I have been here for 2 months and the elevator is broken all the time. EVERY OTHER DAY. I live on the fourth floor and it is crazy. I have to walk a flight of stairs every weekend to get my groceries, sometimes I just leave them in car because they are so heavy. Please be mindful if you are planning to stay long term because it will be an awful experience for you.
