We were renters and LOVED it. The apartments were nice and clean, and the price covered all your utilities PLUS cable. The closets were a bit small, but that honestly wasn't that big of a deal. The staff was always so sweet, too. Highly recommend!!

I lived in the furnished 3 bed 2 bath apartment for almost 2 months with weekly housekeeping. I enjoyed living here with it being 1 mile away from work and 4 miles from UT Dallas. It was home away from home for me and it was perfect with cutlery, corningware and dishes for storage including some pots and pans which was perfect for me to cook inside the apartment. “Had a fantastic stay! The furniture was well-maintained, and renewed in my room. The cozy atmosphere made it incredibly comfortable. A special mention to Khawla at the front desk, who was friendly and attentive, her support and help is always outstanding. The general manager, Renea with her professionalism and warm welcoming attitude truly enhanced the experience. I was on the hotel side about 5 months and then moved to the apartments. The staff is A1.. I have to give props especially to housekeeping, they don’t miss a beat!!!! Just come and check it out and see for yourself the beauty of the place and the staff. Love you ALL
