Scheduling my appointment was incredibly easy! Office staff was friendly and helpful! Sarai was fantastic and incredibly personable…she made the STD testing process simple and comfortable! Eva was phenomenal and answered all of my questions, she put my mind at ease about my birth control options and was very knowledgeable! I am grateful to have found a reproductive care provider that has such a great overall staff, I always dread women’s care appointments and have no need to now!
Called and scheduled a appointment because my provider canceled on me they got me in the next day. Got to my appointment (birth control). The office lady was easy to deal with, the medical assistant was ethusiastic and happy. The wait time was a little long after my scheduled time. It was worth the wait but Eva was amazing and made me feel comfortable and she was so happy and bubbly. I will definitely see her again for future exams.
Staff are very nice however, only seem helpful if you want birth control or STD testing - no REAL reproductive CARE. I don't have insurance so came here after a walkin clinic didn't help me and they sent me back to a different walkin clinic which ended up sending me to the ER and spent $2000 on scans to prove it was ovarian cysts and not appendicitis - here they didn't even listen to my heart, no pelvic exam, literally as helpful as a virtual appointment would've been.
