Staff are very nice however, only seem helpful if you want birth control or STD testing - no REAL reproductive CARE. I don't have insurance so came here after a walkin clinic didn't help me and they sent me back to a different walkin clinic which ended up sending me to the ER and spent $2000 on scans to prove it was ovarian cysts and not appendicitis - here they didn't even listen to my heart, no pelvic exam, literally as helpful as a virtual appointment would've been. The staff at Waterville Family Planning are excellent. I’m usually terrified to visit the doctor, especially to have a wellness check up and pap smear, but everyone here made it a comfortable experience. Eva, the NP who did my exam, was very understanding and comforting as I had a previous poor experience. She walked me through the step by step of everything and made sure to check in with how I was feeling as she went.
