I was very disappointed in the walk in clinic today. I was treated by a nurse practitioner who prescribed me medicine, then sent me to the hospital. Wasted my whole day at the ER for tests I probably didn't need. And the ER doctor said I should take those medications for my issue that was prescribed that morning.Went to the pharmacy to pick up the medicine to find out it was cancelled by the provider. Now I am stuck until Monday. Thanks a lot for no help and a heafty bill.
The only issue I have with this office is that it is IMPOSSIBLE to talk to someone on the phone. You are better off going into the office with a simple question than calling. You have to wait on hold for ages and are lucky if someone eventually answers. But everyone here is very nice and professional, I just wish I could get them on the phone.
I see Dr. Bostleman at this office and have had a great experience with her. With Dr. Bostleman working part-time I would need to see another Dr. at this location if I can't get an urgent appointment with her; although I haven't had to do this because I've been able to see Dr. Bostleman. The staff at the office is friendly and professional. I see negative reviews state an issue with the phone system however I haven't had such an issue so maybe it was fixed...anyway I'm happy to be a patient.
