Eric came to install a water softener and water filtration system in our home. He is courteous and professional! He respected our property and delivered a great experience. We will be using his services again in the future!

When the contractor for the town came to change our water meter (as requested by the township), we ended up without water for over 2 days after a piece of old, corroded pipe burst under pressure when the water was shut off to do the work. The pipe was inside our house, so it was our problem. Eric came quickly to assess, tried a quick fix since the issue needed a special part, and when it didn't work didn't end up charging us for the first day's work. We had a failed pressure reducing valve, sediment in our water that was contaminating our hot water tank, and a low flow in our shower head. I requested a call back using WaterView Plumbing's website and received a call from Eric the next day. Eric came to our house 2 days later after the weekend and fixed all of these problems. His prices are fair, and he told us the cost of parts separate from labour. Eric came over to fix a leaking pipe the same day even though I didn't have a prearranged appointment. Very friendly, polite and efficient. Would highly recommend this company. I've already booked him for a non-emergency plumbing job.
