Eric came over to fix a leaking pipe the same day even though I didn't have a prearranged appointment. Very friendly, polite and efficient. Would highly recommend this company. I've already booked him for a non-emergency plumbing job.
Eric came out to replace our hot water tank and did an exceptional job from start to finish! He was professional, courteous, and clearly very knowledgeable. He walked us through the process, answered all of our questions, and made sure we were comfortable with the work being done. His pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprise charges. We had a joint leak in the water line just before the meter. Eric had it fixed in no time. I would do business with him anytime we have a plumbing issue. Very nice gentleman, good communicator and efficient
We had a failed pressure reducing valve, sediment in our water that was contaminating our hot water tank, and a low flow in our shower head. I requested a call back using WaterView Plumbing's website and received a call from Eric the next day. Eric came to our house 2 days later after the weekend and fixed all of these problems. Waterview plumbing did a ton of work in my house and we could not be happier. Eric was super helpful, great communication and very professional. He explained everything he was doing so we could understand how to maintain our well pump, pressure tank and toilet pump for the future.
