My mom has been at Water View Lodge, and we are very happy with the care she receives. They discharged my mother with a 44.Resting heart rate Rush the discharge, the social worker.Jennifer jenny was so unprofessional the worst experience I've ever had in health care. Also also, after returning my mom home. The nurse came 2 or 3 ti'm's. Check your heart rate. Said she was fine. Then I checked her heart rate myself. It was a 44 had to get a pacemaker. I evaluated 5 other potential physical therapy and/or long term care facilities. Each of them were rated 4.5 or 5 stars. Waterview Lodge was rated 3 stars. I did not understand the average rating for Waterview upon my tour, but I decided this was the best long term care facility that I toured, based upon the facility, the services and the staff.
