My grandmother has been living at Waterview Lodge, and I can honestly say it has been an amazing experience for her and for our whole family. My mom has been residing at Waterview Lodge since she fractured her hip and was unable to return to her home. I cannot thank the staff enough for their compassionate care and support during this difficult and emotional transition. The case management team was especially tactful, caring, and understanding, guiding our family through every step with patience and clarity. Roach-infested, unsanitary, and dangerously unsafe. My husband was repeatedly neglected—left sitting in dried feces and urine for an undetermined amount of time. What made everything worse was the complete inability to communicate with staff. Roughly 99% of the CNA’s did not speak English. I couldn’t ask questions, express concerns, or get basic updates about my husband’s care. It felt like shouting into a void.
