They have a problem with kids fishing in the ponds. Which keeps them out of trouble by doing good hobbies instead of them doing things that they are not supposed too
I just bought a house here in this community!! the community and the houses are beautiful, mine for example has an excellent space, a very new community by the way, the problem from what I'm seeing is the HOA, it's been more than 1 week that I've been trying to get in touch with them and so far I have not received an answer!! From what I've seen, they've changed management 3 times and it's still bad

Decent community. Nice homes for the price. HOA isn't that great, to be honest. It kind of ruins the experience of living here. If you are moving here, be aware that although most of the neighborhood has CenturyLink for Fiber Internet services, the developer chose not to extend the lines towards the back of the neighborhood. Unfortunately this means that that portion of the neighborhood is stuck with one internet provider, which is Spectrum.
