Lived here for a while.. peaceful area, close to everything and maintenance is spot on! Roberto is hard working and makes sure all is taken care of. Each request was fulfilled same or next day. They will also work with you on a case by case basis. The young ladies in the office are great!! Major downfall is the roaches, rats and termites that you will experience. Been here almost a year and never had my issues the area is very quiet and neighbors are friendly Also no bugs
My wife and I have been living here for 13 years, and so far the best management team have been Anna and Heidi always there when we need a repair in the unit, or simply we need help with renewing our lease. Also Roberto always does an exceptional job with maintenance and keeping the property looking great.
Bruh this place is terribly infested with German roaches the worst kind!!!! Please beware before you decide to spend your hard earned money here. The location is golden but them roaches will TAKE OVER YOUR APARTMENT!!! Especially the kitchen, they crawl on you while you sleep, can’t walk away from a plate of food for a second, the fridge even has a roach motel. It’s absolutely crazy and can’t be a healthy living environment.
