It’s 2:30pm on a Friday and no one picked up the phone? I was transferred to an after-hours call centre??? Ridiculous.
Dr Su Lin Ng has been our family Dr for years now, she is without a doubt the most amazing Dr out there, she always goes above and beyond for her patients. Our family absolutely love and adore her so much, she one of a kind..xx
I have been with my GP for about ten years and she is reasonably good. Also the waiting time is reasonable and the staff members are alright.

We arrived, along with a few people, just before the clinic opened at 8:30 AM. When we were finally allowed in to take queue numbers, the first two numbers had already been taken. We later found out that one number was taken by a staff member on behalf of family members (who arrived after 8:30 AM), and the second number was taken by another staff member.
