I was disappointed with the lack of transparency around fees. The out-of-pocket costs were not explained clearly upfront, which left me feeling misled. Patients deserve clear communication about charges before appointments.
Tracey, the Practice Manager is a caring, compassionate and highly professional individual. Her practice is a warm, inviting and amazing one. The doctors are very competent and highly accredited. It is a great pleasure to attend the practice and to commend them all for a wonderful experience. My sincere congratulations to each individual that works in this practice.
I have been visiting this medical centre since it opened. The girls at reception are fantastic. Dr Sui is an outstanding Dr. I highly recommend her.
Dr Emanuel provides exceptional service,, he is polite and very professional., however the admin staff are very rude and don't listen to you at all.trying to make everyone's life difficult. Giving you false information.
I've been seeing Dr. Udara for six years and she always provided excellent care. Whether it's a routine check-up or something more serious, I always feel like I'm in good hands. I don't have to get a second opinion. Dr. Udara is professional and cares about her patients. I'm very grateful to have her as my GP.
