Lack of seriousness and unreliable.
These are nice people with great rates in the local Boston area for your storage needs. They are friendly, local, and affordable. The storage is a nice new clean place and is local to the Boston area. So if you're moving to storage call these guys and go with the Pros.
Watertown self storage has been easier and more flexible than I could’ve possibly hoped for out of a storage company. The staff is great, they’re responsive, the rates are reasonable, the units are clean and the amenities (double elevators, parking, moving carts in the facilities, proximity to home depot, location) are all fantastic. Cannot recommend a better spot.
Had a 24/7 uhaul pick up scheduled for 8am. There was no key in the box and was told I had to wait for staff to arrive at the office. Hours on the door say they open at 9:30, Google says 10, so I asked the Uhaul customer service rep which one was correct and they said it was hard to say because this location always seems to open late. Disappointed. Hopefully the self storage services are better.
