They said the storage I rented have heat but my scooter didn’t work anymore after I left there, and all the time we go to the office is hard to find someone there. They rate the price to much$$$
I rented a unit starting feb. The process was easy. (i was charged a prorated amount) I cleared out from the unit 1st week of April. Called them to close out the account and the unit. Was told i would still be charged for the whole month of April as i dint give a 15day notice...I went back checked all through the website about this condition.. no mention of it which is a really shitty practice.. Might have been in the contract i signed.(didn't bother checking) FINE that's on me for not enquiring when i initially moved in!!! ... read more
