ER with no urgency, you could die before they get to you, sitting and waiting for help or service is slow , I guess money is more important than patients care
They are Awesome, and thorough! Great bedside manner! They make sure that your feelings are validated. They are quick at getting you registered in and out. They're on top of your comfort as well as finding answers for any condition your in, and they offer great ways to rest, get through things, and give you the option of deciding what test or exams you'd like them to run. HORRIBLE!!! I try very hard to avoid this er because everytime i go there i spend at least 2 hours. 2 hours of sitting in a room waiting to hear what's wrong with my child, 2 hours with no update whatsoever on what is going on and why it's taking so long. The nurses were silent the whole time they were in the room. They put an IV in my child and hooked her up to fluid and they didn't say a word to me I had to ask what it was they were putting into my child and why. Awful service from the reception to the nurse and doctor. Nurse was coughing terrible doctor was rude and made my daughter feel awful . No greetings, asked for water couldn’t tell me where to get any. There at midnight with my sick kid and had to leave and wait for urgent care at pro health to open and received 100% better care.
The front desk ladies are horrible. Felt very uncomfortable when they checked me in. Would it kill them to be somewhat kind? Thankfully the VERY friendly nurses/doctors made up for it. Truly grateful for them.
