I have used Watertown Plumbing a dozen times or so as a General Contractor. My go to contractor for more complex projects. Every job has been completed on time and on budget. No corners are ever cut and I've never had a call back related to plumbing. Highly recommend John!
John has been my go-to plumber for work in my home ranging from sump pumps, problematic water valves, toilet replacements and bathroom remodels. He is available by phone or text and responds promptly. I have never had to call him back for follow up work as he gets the job done. I will continue to use his services for plumbing concerns in my home.
John Hanley, dba Watertown Plumbing, came to our home many times to repair a leaking toilet. The charges totaled several hundred dollars and the toilet still leaks. John disregarded his one year warranty on parts and labor. He tried to sell us a new toilet costing several more hundreds of dollars. When he stopped returning voice and text messages the issue was referred to the MN Attorney General's office.
