I have been living in the US for only 5 years or so, three of which in Boston. During these 5 years I have been to 4- 5 different car repair shop (unfortunately!) but I can tell that these folks were the most honest I have ever dealt with. Very very reasonable prices, never done anything unnecessary to my vehicle, great communication, and fast service.
I had an outstanding experience with the service team at Watertown Ford. Everyone I interacted with was extremely professional, genuinely customer centric, and fully transparent about the entire process.
