I want to give the Service Manager, Service Advisor, and the Technician a A+ for the great job they done with my 2020 ST "Mobile Command Unit" earlier today in the Quick Lane Service Department. I had a puddle of water on my DS Floor, coming from a clog Moon roof. The Tech had inspected the components of the Moon roof, found the source, and CLEARED UP THE BLOCKAGE! This place is awful!!!...I brought my used 2013 Ford Edge in to see if was worth fixing...I was told it would be 250$ charge to look at...which is crazy cuz small gas stations will look for free..but my wife wanted the dealer so I reluctantly agreed...so of course the bill they proposed was through the roof....I checked with different mechanic who's gonna do the work for less then half these crooks charge. But then they charged my 250$ for each problem they said they investigated!!!!...what...so now I have to pay 500$ to a d... read more
I can’t recommend Watertown Ford’s service center enough. I have a 2010 Ford Escape and will only get it serviced there — even though I drive all the way from the North Shore — because they’ve completely earned my trust. They are the most honest, communicative, and skilled dealership I’ve ever worked with. They always fix whatever issue I’m having, never try to oversell me on things I don’t need, and are quick to let me know if something that failed is still under warranty. Blocks their fast chargers with service cars and is clearly de-rating their system as it is regularly 60%+ below max power output. MachE in attached photo has been blocking the same charger for 3+ days.
Was picking up parts for my company, and had a great experience with the young man at the parts counter. Very helpful, and articulate. He has a bright future.
