Worst customer service, they gave me an appointment to fix my car, I dropped my car a day before and next day they called me saying that they can’t fix the car and that I need another appointment. Waste of time If you live around newton or chestnut hill go to Ford service in Quincy, they do a great job
Both the waiting area and bathroom was clean and organized. WiFi was sufficient for my needs.
I saw a sign that said any make or model car $69.99 oil change so I brought my Toyota Corolla in and they tried to charge me $120 because it needed full synthetic oil. I pointed out the sign and they gave me a small discount but did not honor the initial deal. When I walked out the door the sign that was there 1 hour prior was now gone. It felt like they pulled a fast one on me.
