They do not service cars older than 10 years... not a real garage but a boutique. Stop serving chips,nuts and gourmet coffee and just be a real garage... How can you represent Ford and you aren't willing to work on all your vehicles. 2006 Econoline was out of the question to work... ridiculous.
I rented a cargo van for moving weekend and I had great experience doing so with this agency. Jeff in the Rentals Department was incredibly helpful from start to finish, and the price was hard to beat. Highly recommend any rentals from here!

Worst customer service, they gave me an appointment to fix my car, I dropped my car a day before and next day they called me saying that they can’t fix the car and that I need another appointment. Waste of time If you live around newton or chestnut hill go to Ford service in Quincy, they do a great job
