Great customer service, Shannon is on top of notifications and keeping you in the loop, the techs are great and Jeff in rental was very helpful.
So over the attitude I get every time I come to this place for a simple oil change. There seems to be this same lady there every time with a consistently horrible demeanor. God forbid you come in 3 hours before they close because they’ll refuse you service because they are too busy, but as soon as you get in your car irate because you drove 45 minutes in traffic, someone runs out to say that they do have space but you’ll have to wait.
