Dr. Tom was wonderful.
Not sure what’s with all the positive reviews, but since this place was bought from Dr Dana a few years ago it’s gone down hill. I was with this practice for decades until dr Dana sold it and retired. The new practice can’t keep dentists around. The front staff is often rude and in some cases incompetent. There has been issues with them overcharging me, I noticed later and it took a months to resolve and get my money back. I ended up switching to a better practice. Very unprofessional. Takes too long for simple procedures. A lot of miscommunication and calls go straight to voicemail.
