It was our first time at Watertown Dental yesterday. My 11 year old was excited but my 6 year old was scared initially. The staff quickly put his mind at ease. It was such a smooth process between check-in, the exam and follow up care. Thank you Lori, Natalie, Daydra, and Dr. Brewer for your compassion and professionalism. We are grateful!
I got a new client voucher in the mail for a $67 tooth exam and cleaning. The appt was fine the dental hygienist were so nice, the dentist came in for 30 seconds and tapped a pick around my teeth a few times and repeated what the hygienist had already said. I was then told they’d schedule me for a deep clean because that’s what they recommended, the deep cleaning they want to do will be $1,200+, and I still got charged $70 at the end of the appt. $70 to get told I have to pay $1,200 to have my teeth cleaned.
Watertown Dental is great! Everyone is so nice and friendly. Im not a fan of going to the dentist because I have bad gag reflexes and I have a hard time keeping my mouth open my jaw gets really sore which makes me very anxious. Natalie is the best! She explains everything she is going to do and she makes me very comfortable. I hope google allows me enough space to share my experience. Watertown Dental is absolutely incredible. From Emily at Reception, Lori with billing to the dental hygienist Jenny and dental assistant Becky to Dr. Brewer. These are the most wonderful people you would be lucky to meet. My daughter is autistic and was apprehensive to all the sounds, smells, sights and feelings. Becky explained each tool, each step and showed her how they work. She even let her touch everything. Love love love this place. Myself and my 4 year old daughter always feel welcomed, and relaxed here. The staff are seriously amazing and so so so good with little ones! My daughter said she wants to go EVERYDAY!
