I would go back to this shop without hesitation. They gave me good options for my repair. Worked quickly and are a place you can trust to look out for your best interests.
V is a straight shooter, who is adept at his craft. He remedied some front end damage to my Mazda 6 and it came out looking great. Makes you feel appreciated as a customer.
Brought my Escape there for a repair. Very nice guy who took care of me. Picked up car today and it looks great. No complaints
They pick and choose who they will be rude to and who they will show good customer service to. When I came down to fix my mom's car with the money at hand they did a fine job but when I texted about a job, not only was they guy rude and made me wait all weekend with no response but when I called the shop they kept hanging up on me. I texted the guy and he started being passive aggressive and then said he wouldn't do work for me that started on a bad note. Mind you I'm calling this SHOP about a job and he's acting like I aske... read more
