Nice facility for patients.
My mother was in this beautiful well kept place. Before my mom was admitted we checked other facilities and they stunk bad and residence were left alone soiled. Waterton never smelled and the residence were not left alone. If you had a concern they were happy to resolve it quickly. My mom was about to pass away I was an hour and 20 min. Away they stayed in the room with her so she was not alone till I got there. They are the most caring staff I have ever had for her. This is a well kept facility with loving staff. M. Tipton
We have had zero issues here. No problems with the quality of care and responsiveness of staff. Very pleased with the quality of care that has been provided so far. Our loved one is always neat and clean, even when we pop in for a surprise visit. Nobody wants to have to be in a nursing facility, but this is one of the better ones.
DO NOT take your love one there for recovery. This place only cares about the mo ey they receive. I really can't say anything bad about the staff. The majority are fine, but it's the practices and not caring about recovery to some what full functionality. Horrible recovery services.
