Watertite has been very responsive to our needs, extremely reliable and has performed excellent work on the various repair needs we've encountered at our house over the last couple years. Sharif is always makes sure everything is done to our satisfaction, which my wife and I greatly appreciate.
We needed to replace a toilet and had planned to do it ourselves - but really didn't want to. So we made a few calls and made an appointment with another local company (but couldn't get an estimate) and also wanted to call another as due diligence - we called Watertite and connected with Sharif (on a Saturday!) and are very glad we did. I called Watertite to have have a variety of work done including a recessed water line and drain kit installed for my washer, a recessed vent kit installed for my dryer, a recessed water line kit installed for my refrigerator, and a quarter turn valve installed for my dishwasher. Watertite was able to get me on the schedule quickly, provided affordable and transparent pricing, and got the work done quickly and efficiently. 5/5 for excellent service! I will definitely be using them for any future work!
