Don't know, called over a week ago for a quote and have heard nothing. So not great in my eyes...
I had a man from this company come round today to 'fix' my boiler. Thankfully my mums a plumber and is helping with this now as instead of fixing my boiler he completly broke it. Instead of doing what he's legally required to he was too lazy too check the boiler was working and turn the radiators on to bleed them which as my qualified mother made me aware she could lose her job if she didn't do those essential safety checks upon leaving the job.
