Extremely happy with the work done by Watertite Gutter Company. Everyone I had contact with were helpful and professional. The work was done to my satisfaction and in a timely manner.
It took weeks to get an appointment. The first repair was great (why I’m awarding stars) but, when I called Ed for his team to revisit a repair that was leaking I had to go through the office manager (who isn’t customer friendly) and was told she would forward to appointments who have not responded in 48-hours. I would expect more to retain repeat clients.
We recently called out a gutter company to patch a few holes, and they were incredibly quick to respond and get out to the property. Charlie DeVore was the technician who came out—he was professional, efficient, and got the job done in no time. The patches were clean and well done, and we really appreciated how fast and smooth the whole process was. Highly recommend their service, and definitely ask for Charlie if you can!
Chad came by to quote our job. His specifications were exacting and the pricing reasonable. Three very capable associates manufactured and installed gutters all around our home. Scott, Richie and Shawn were exceptional. We’re very pleased with the finished project. Highly recommend.
