Anyone with a boat knows that those who service boats are not always the most responsive or customer focused. Erik's a rock star in this department. Erik's done work for me for years and the work is flawless. The service is amazing...I got reminders and calls before the work was being done and he had meticulous records of what was supposed to be done so I didn't have to remind him. Would highly recommend.
I had a decision to restore or replace my 31 year old MasterCraft ski boat. Erik came over and gave me an estimate that was half price over replacing the boat with a new one. New hull gel coat, new paint, new wood finish and carpet. He lined up the upholstery and decals for restoration and replacement. Erik kept me informed with progress pictures and communication throughout the process. Cost was under the initial quote. I ended up with a restored and new boat. Great work!!
I've been taking my boat to Watertight Boatworks for annual maintenance and repairs since 2015, and I have been very pleased with the quality of workmanship and the materials applied. I've thrown different challenges at them from underwater through-hull fitting installations, to mechanical issues, to bottom painting and fibreglass repair, and each time the work was done on schedule and to my very exacting standards. Watertight Boatworks are my number one choice to look after my pride & joy!
