I hired this plumbing company to install a new hot water heater. Unfortunately, the experience went far beyond a plumbing issue. During the job, the technician, Isaac, made an inappropriate advance toward my wife. When I came downstairs and confronted him about his behavior, his response was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.
