We called due to a bad pressure switch. We were told no technician was available for 5 days because a van was in the shop. The company then sent a tech to do our monthly service on the same day we called for an emergency call. We had already contacted another company to restore water to our house who responded same day. They then charged us for the monthly service which was not performed. We have cancelled our service and will not recommend them to anyone.

I called them about a problem, they fixed it, but a week later a similar problem appeared related to the last one and they want us to pay more money for the service call. Bad service, the technician was rude and ironic. These people fixed and replaced almost the entire system in my house a year ago and now they want more money. What’s up with the warranty and customer retention policy? shameee One of the worst companies in the area.
