Update! Another session and I feel great! Susan is amazing! She is a very intuitive healer. She is familiar with many modalities of body work, too! She has worked on my injuries and pains I have had, over the years. She has always been able to give me relief and help the healing process. She has a great understanding of anatomy and movement and has been able to isolate issues I have had, through watching my stride! She is professional, compassionate and talented! I highly recommend her and her Rolfing!

Since I have begun Rolfing Structural Integration sessions with Susan Waterstone my posture has improved, my balance is better and my range of motion is greater. My relationship with gravity is like that of several years younger. It is no longer work to stand or sit in proper alignment, my body naturally goes there as a default.
