Far and away the worst property management company I've experienced and I've stayed in apartments most of my adult life. I had a pleasant living experience at Willard House until Waterstone took over and it immediately went down hill after. I couldn't get anything fixed, they'd just pass the buck. Fill out the online ticket and never got responses. Speak to someone and they say they'll let someone else know. Incredibly disorganized. I lived at Garfield Club for over 4 years, old outdated Carpet, old ugly color apartment, no new water pipe Repairs, maintenance comes when they want, not Up to date toilet never worked, I left they told me I left the place trashed when in fact I cleaned up before I left, takes everything personal not professional, I have paid them months in advance plenty of times paid All my late fees, and their still not happy. This might of been my worst living experience I ever had. I wouldn't wish anyone to live in this place. Due to the fact that I lived here for almost a year. It was the worst mistake of my life. On the first tour we had with the property managers, they showed you the apartment with promising things that they will add and fix, but in the end, it was a bunch of lies just to get you to rent out the apartment. Overall just not a great experience I've watched tenets get taken advantage off. I've seen tenets get their own cars towed. Very unprofessional even about fixing things on time& blaming the tenet.

DeAdrian Peacock is unhappy with Van Lee. I noticed on her review sheet she wrote a poor review of the place she was trying to move to in Avon on the same day. We invited her to move.
