I will be homeless before I work with Waterstone again. My experience was extremely frustrating due to a clear lack of understanding of basic financial processes on their part. Despite the fact that I was selling a home and purchasing another, they insisted I complete a first-time homebuyer course—something that clearly did not apply to my situation.
