Sue Boteilo - definitely run if this is your loan officer. She sold us on a loan program but she failed to mention over 30k in loan costs associated with it. She is eager to earn but feigned ignorance of the program and the costs when we found out the details. We could have been under contract with a lot of liability had I not been a realtor and demanded a good faith estimate prior to signing an offer. The bad news is we let them pull our credit which creates a deficite to our credit Rating.

Jen and Beth specifically both have the worst communication ever. They truly do not care about helping anyone or their customers/clients. Jeff is a arrogant person that talks down to his customers as well. They have totally dropped the ball in communication and due diligence multiple times and wasted 7 months for nothing.
