This was the most “painful “ process for purchasing our home. Our mortgage handler was awful. She was rude, threatening, careless and very unprofessional. Every time something was due to her, it was always stated “if you don’t do…you will not get your loan”. Instead of working with us, she made us anxious and constantly worried. I would NEVER recommend this company, nor Heather C.

Lost my $500 earnest money Removed my 1 star review (So funny) Rate keep changing interest rate Process taking forever Here is the story. They refused to refund my $500 of earnest money. Now she just ignores my messages with no plans on refunding me for a SERVICE I CANCELLED and it was CONFIRMED. I even sent her screen shots of proof but she refuses to refund me.

It is could leave this company a -5 star I would. They are horrible!!! After dealing with them and reading the reviews they have done the same thing to me. Due to my credit score not being the bright and shinning start that they are are apparently looking for, they are gave me the run around. They shared personal information with my realtor and refused to call me to discuss it. They were never once given permission to share with the realtor. This is absolutely ridiculous!
