It is nice to work with a company who takes the time to get to know your file and you personally and is willing to answer all of your questions in a timely manner.

I was looking at using them after looking at their great reviews but then read the reviews and realized those were all employees that actually wrote several reviews at many Waterstone locations. I think it is terrible that they are using their employees from other branches to write reviews about this local branch. We would like to see reviews from actual customers. Sort of a shady way to run a business if you ask me and that is why I have decided to not go with them.
