Great people! Jessica Bacon is great to work with!
Matt Nicholas refused to answer and return my phone/emails. He kept telling me he'll have information for me regarding my loan. He never called/emailed...whenever I tried calling him, he sent me straight to voicemail and never respond back to my email. It has been a month since I last spoke with Mr. Nicholas. I don't understand how hard it is to tell someone what is going on with their loan process. Very unprofessional!
