Ms. Oliverta Mediu handled my husband’s case, and our experience was deeply disappointing on multiple levels. Throughout the duration of the case, she was largely unresponsive and unproactive. We had an awful experience with our simple, chain-free purchase with Waterstone Legal acting as conveyancers. This included filing a formal complaint, with several follow-ups and broken promises, and having to find and pay another legal firm £600 on short notice due a mistake by Waterstone Legal (which they did not reimburse). Avoid This Firm At All Costs Shocking service. They knew all week that completion was set for today, yet the solicitor on the file went on holiday without preparing or properly handing it over. The person taking over clearly had no idea what they were doing. My solicitor was palmed off with excuses about “other completions” while my buyer’s money sat in their account ready to go. The delays and stress were completely avoidable. Total incompetence. If you want your sale to actually complete, avoid this firm.
