As one of the reviews already stated, there are a lot of dog feces, but people can't just target the management on this issue. Yes, management needs to stay on top of making sure tenants follow the requirements involving animal feces. However, the tenants are the lazy ones who aren't doing what they are supposed to do. If I told my best friend about this place I would say it is a nightmare. The management is the worst case of super ego power trip that I have ever encountered. The grounds are full of dog feces, the management is not willing to work with their tenants, the maintenece on the apartments is never done. I lived there for a year and if I didn't change my own air filter it would have never been changed. The grounds are littered. Parking is a nightmare the gate never works. In a million years I would not recommend this community to anyone. The front office manager C uses what little power she has a property manager in abusive ways, super ego issues. As far as the property goes this is what I experienced, outwardly the place looks great, they breeze you through the tour and once you move in you will discover the following: The dumpster is regularly overflowing with garbage and the compactor is broken, the front gate is inoperable, the grounds are littered with trash, weeds, fire ants and animal ... read more
This place is a joke!!! I myself lived at Waterstone at Springfield and had a friend live at Jenks and they are both just a nightmare!!! The origional managment company got fired and the new one is not much better from what I hear.. def. not worth the money or hassel. I wish there was a "0" star to give this stupid place!
May 3, 2011 I only give a 1 star rating because this site doesn't have 0 as a choice. If you are considering leasing at Waterstone at Jenks in Panama City, Florida, you should reconsider and go elsewhere. Waterstone at Jenks Apartments owes me $300. They have been jerking me around since my deposit refund was approved April 6. Our lease states deposit refunds will be available within 15 business days, we’ve been waiting over a month.
