Wonderful apt community! Management is friendly & excellent at keeping the community clean & safe for residents - they run a tight ship here, which is highly appreciated. Also, maintenance requests are handled very promptly (same day), & emergency requests within an hour - Estefan, the head super, is phenomenal - courteous, trustworthy, & competent in all maintenance matters! Awesome service all the way around here, highly recommend.
I just want to say that Maintenance Tech Esteban is great! He’s prompt, polite, professional, and never leaves a mess behind. He’s consistently thorough, and I’m always amazed at the extent of his knowledge and expertise. The reliable service he provides was a big reason I renewed my lease here.
My AC was out and they replaced it immediately. I’m really happy with how everything gets done so quickly and consideration for our safety and comfort is always appreciated. Thanks
