I wish there was 0 before a star. If you're pregnant don't trust them. Don't go to Dr. Miao. The only thing she does is to speak slow, so you can pay even more and in the end get no help for what you went there first. I was in pain and in panic and the only thing she said through tele health was "uh huh, yeah, ummmm". And she kept doing that for 12-15 minutes, in the end I had to call hospital to understand what was happening, because clearly she was incapable of giving any info. Watersprings is a great clinic with friendly, helpful staff. The doctors actually care about your health and well-being. The nurses Janet & Ru are kind and caring. The reception staff are polite and answer the phones in a timely manner. I have seen most of the GP’s at different times and they’ve all been helpful & kind. They have an on-site Mater Pathology which makes things convenient if a blood test is required. They have a physio available too. Plenty of parking. This centre is top tier! From the receptionists, nurses and doctors, you will always be greeted with kindness and genuine care. They take their jobs seriously and go above and beyond for their patients. Couldn’t recommend them enough.
