I would just like to say this company is wonderful. Tom who books everyone is just an awesome guy. He is the person you want on the phone to represent your company as he is just funny and happy go lucky. The technician Jon who was out to my home today was absolutely wonderful and knowlegeable. Great service, easy water softener to use & knowledgeable service technicians
I can see why this company has almost a perfect 5⭐️ rating!! I recently assisted my dad in finding the right company to replace his water softener, and I can't say enough good things about Watersoft Penticton! What a fantastic company to deal with! Last week during our annual water softener maintenance, the technician was not pleased with how the Big Blue water filter had been previously installed. He sent photos to Rick, who called me shortly afterwards. He committed to coming back to correct the original installation. Functional there was no issue, but only an aesthetic issue. Today the technician returned and cleaned up the original install. Kudos to Rick and his team, they are to be commended for their dedication to customer service and “ doing it right”.
