If you are an out of state seller and want your proceeds from the sale of your home 19 days after closing then this is the place to go. I have never encountered such unprofessional, incompetent, inept, people as I found at Waterside Title Co. in South Daytona, Fla! If I could give less than 1 star I would!! From producing incorrect documents that had to be notarized twice to giving the proceeds in the form of a company check that was not certified which took 19 days to clear is not only frustrating but appalling!!!
