Have been using waterside as my supplier since starting my company and would never go anywhere else. Staff are always there to help and are very easy to deal with.
Absolutely appalling service, if I could give this place 0 stars I would! Staff are incompetent and don’t know how to quote. Under quoted my partner by $580! He had already quoted the client and started work, the client then refused to pay the $580 extra for the materials. Tried contacting management and told they would call me back but I’ve heard nothing, now we are out $580 plus the time it’s taken to find another supplier! Do not go here if you’re running a business!
Great to deal with, nothing is ever a hassle and quotes and orders are always filled accurately and on time. Can't recommend them highly enough
