After nearly 7 years of RVing full-time, my wife and I decided to settle down at Waterside and we are loving it! We came to stay at the RV resort last fall with no intention of buying, but we fell in love with the resort, the community and the area. The quality of the homes and the lot development were the clinchers for us, along with the fact that future annual rent increases are capped at 3% or the CPI. First class amenities, and lots of activities going on during the busy season. Highly recommend it!
We love it here. Great staff, large lot's and state of the art facilities. We especially love our very own private theater in the Club House.
We have been here 9 months and enjoyed the home, facilities, activities and the people. The combination of homes and rvs have made the community a friendly place and have made many good friends. Great for our dog who has also made friends in the dog park. We are looking forward to the boat dock and being able to enjoy the lake. So many good things to say. Our home is beautiful, comfortable and roomy. The Pipers
